Yea though I walk thru the World in Fatness

I continue to crave foods. That is what is astounding to me when I decide to diet I crave everything. I very rarily if ever crave foods of any type.

When I am craving something it is usually something else going on. Good example, five years ago I craved dungeness crap legs in the worse way. I had to have them I ate them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was always in the papers looking for the sales so I could get 5-10 pounds. I never wanted to run out. My sister and I used to laugh about that craving, my mother being superstitious would always say someone in the family was pregnant when she dreamed about fish. Heck I didn't have to worry about that I wasn't dreaming about fish I was eating it and enjoying every minute of it. Then one afternoon I received the phone call that would stop my cravings for those crabs in it's tracks. My daughter called to let me know she had just left the Dr's office and was having a baby. Ha! She seemed to be surprised? You can imagine my surprise. The bottom line to this story, I never ate dungeness crabs again. In fact I had about 5 pounds in the freezer but I could not get them down. It is really strange how things work...did I forget to mention that prior to that craving period I hated dungeness crabs? I thought they looked nasty and did not want to touch them. Oh well after call the cravings were gone and to this day 5 years later I will not eat dungeness crab legs. Now here it is 5 years later and I am craving crab legs again this time snow crab clusters, I have always loved them. My sister has warned me some one may be having a baby. Oh well even if that happens I hope I don't lose my love for snow crab legs!

Fathers Day has come and gone and with that day alone i feel I have gained 10 pounds. I am not going to share what it is I did gain. Today is Tuesday and I have started a new way of eating this week. let's see what happens with this. I will share later.
